1 - What information is collected about you
We collect information about you when you provide it to us, through your contact form, through your newsletter subscription, through your website subscription, through your purchases, when you use our services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.
The information you provide
We collect information about you when you provide it to us through registration or by using our services.
Newsletter:Registration data, as well as any other information directly or indirectly associated with you, are collected, used and processed in accordance with the current provisions.
- Personal data will be processed by automated and non-automated means, in written, electronic or telematic form,always in full compliance with the confidentiality and security requirements under the aforementioned legislation.
- Exclusively for registration and storage purposes, your IP address will be stored in connection with the confirmation and acceptance of this regulation, which is done by email by clicking on a special link (confirmation of subscription to the newsletter).
- Please note, however, that you may still receive e-mails for about 48 hours if you request to unsubscribe from our Newsletter, in case these were planned or scheduled prior to the receipt of your unsubscription request.
- The provision of data marked with an asterisk (*) is obligatory for the purposes of performing the service you have requested in relation to online services. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
- Subject to your consent, your data may be processed in order to send you proposals and commercial initiatives from us "newsletters" relating to the offers on the website itself. Consent to the processing of your data for commercial communications is optional and refusal will have no consequences. Such consent will be given by ticking an appropriate and explicit checkbox, and only after its subsequent confirmation by email (double opt-in).
- Personal data will be processed by automated and non-automated means, in written, electronic or telematic form, always in full compliance with confidentiality and security requirements under the aforementioned legislation.
- The data may be processed by appointees appointed by the data controller as indicated below.
- Some data may be communicated to external parties that contribute to the performance of the service, but will never be retained by them. In particular, third parties belonging to the following categories:
- in charge of shipping, delivery and return of purchased products;
- business partners, if they take care of the shipment to the Customer of articles purchased by the latter or if they need to send receipts and/or invoices in order to be able to offer the service requested by the Customer;
- Travel Agencies or Tour Operators, with reference to "Travel Proposals" only, after purchase for booking confirmation
- The data will not be disseminated or transferred abroad.
The newsletter is managed with in-house software, and your e-mail address is stored on our servers, periodically, in the backups we make of our list.
The software provides information on who opens the newsletter and clicks on the links; this information is used to understand whether we write interesting topics or are boring and therefore are not read. For your information:
The data controller (you will find contact details at the top of this page); we do not pass your email address on to anyone else, for any reason (unless you give permission to do so); you can stop receiving the newsletter at any time, via the link at the bottom of each message.
Account and profile:We collect information about you whenregister an accountTo participate in one of the forums, comment on articles on a site, subscribe to the reserved area or use other services on our site that require registration. The minimum data required is an email address, a username and a password; sometimes depending on the service requested other data may be required (for example, if you place a purchase order we may need your address, or billing information). Online shopping:If you make purchases, we keep all the information on what you have purchased.We do not store information on your payment system(credit card numbers, Paypal accounts or similar); however, we retain your choice of the type of payment used and the payment transaction codes. We retain the information you provide for the shipment of purchased products.
Contributions to sites:If you contribute to the sites with forum posts or comments, we keep a record of your posts and comments and all information about them, such as the date they were posted and the internet address (ip) they came from.
Information collected automatically when using the services
We collect information about you when you use our services, including browsing our websites and performing certain actions within the Services.
The use of the Services:We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our services, such as your browsing information: internet address (ip) making the request, date and time, requested page, information about your device, operating system, browser used, the page you came from, geographic location of the ip address, screen used, sequence of pages browsed, searches performed, and in general the way you interact with the services.These are statistical analyses, but don't worry, the data is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

Sharing with other service users

Service Provider:We work with third party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analytics and other services for us,which may require them to access or use information about you.If a service provider needs access to information about performing services on our behalf, they do so under strict instructions from us, including policies and procedures to protect your information.
Social Media Widget:The Services may include links to other websites or services whose privacy practices may differ from ours.The use of and information sent to any of these third-party sites is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
